Shipping & Delivery

When you place an order online, we will look at your zip code to determine the best way to get your merchandise to you. Most items ship via UPS Ground.

Many large items, including mattresses and furniture, ship via freight carrier. If your zip code falls within our local delivery area, your shipping may be assigned to our delivery team. In this case, a Bedrooms & More team member will contact you directly to arrange date and time frame for your delivery.

Bedrooms & More ships to all 50 states, as well as U.S. Territories. Alaska & Hawaii. If you’d like to call us before you place your order, we can calculate the best shipping rate for you on an individual basis and take your order over the phone (206) 633-4494.

Lead times are based on a product by product basis. Please refer to specific details on the product page of item you’re interested in. You can find a products general lead time listed below the green add to cart button on any product page.

A note about lead times:
While we do our best to update shipping lead times regularly, there can be unforeseen circumstances that arise from time to time. Lead times are not guaranteed. Product lead times may vary based on the following variables:

  • If your product/s are in-stock at our Seattle Distribution Center
  • Whether or not your item is made to order or built to your specifications
  • Distance your product/s will travel if shipping directly to you from one of our brand partners

Bedrooms & More offers white glove delivery and assembly (for most products) to almost all of Washington state for a reasonable cost. Our service area includes the entire Seattle/Puget Sound region, including most of Washington state.

Our Bedrooms & More delivery team is professional and courteous when delivering to your home. When we deliver a new mattress, we’re happy to take away your old one for you at no additional cost. Any mattress our team removes is then recycled or donated whenever possible. Bedrooms & More makes every effort to salvage any mattresses we can so they don’t end up in the landfill.

You may opt to pick-up your merchandise from our Distribution Center, located at 1310 N. 131st St. Seattle, WA 98133. Please note that some inventory may have to be transferred from one of our retail locations to our Distribution Center beforehand. It is always advised that you call our Flagship showroom (206-633-4494) at least 1 to 2 days ahead of your pickup date to ensure that your product has been transferred to our Distribution Center and is ready for your arrival.

Important: When picking up your merchandise from our Distribution Center, please come prepared with the proper rope and/or tie-downs to safely secure your load for transport. Our DC crew can help bring product to your vehicle; however, they are not able to tie-down and/or secure your merchandise for you.

Assembly, installation, and set-up services may be available with some of our products for an additional cost. Please give us a call (206) 633-4494 for more information.

To ensure your delivery goes smoothly, please be attentive to your phone on your scheduled delivery day in case our delivery team needs to contact you for updates.

Plan ahead checklist:

  • Clear a path before our delivery team arrives: make sure your driveway, parking area, walkways and/or staircases are clear of any obstructions before our delivery team arrives.
  • Remove any art, decorative items, or plants from walls and/or walkways where our delivery team will be passing through.
  • If you have pets, please secure them before our delivery team enters your home.

Feel free to request that our delivery team wear a mask or remove their shoes and/or puts on shoe covers prior to entering your home.

Once your delivered item(s) are carried into your home and unpacked in your space, our delivery team will remove any packing materials upon their departure for disposal at no additional charge.

If a credit card imprint is required at the time of delivery, please have your card and your ID ready to present to our delivery team.

Bedrooms & More uses a freight carrier for transporting some of our larger items to our customers, such as furniture and special orders. A freight carrier typically has a lift gate on the back of the truck to allow heavy items to unload at ground level. If your order requires a freight carrier company, you will be contacted by the freight company directly to arrange a delivery date and time frame.

Please be sure to ask the carrier any questions you may have or communicate special instructions when you speak to them on the phone to schedule your delivery.

Freight carrier deliveries are typically curbside, which means the driver will unload the item(s), but the customer is responsible for carrying item(s) into the house, unpacking, assembly as well as disposing of any packing materials.

If you require assistance beyond curbside delivery, it may be possible for the freight carrier to help you arrange this for an additional cost. Please make sure to communicate clearly any special requests you have when they contact you to set your delivery date.
