Do not expose wood furniture to high heat or humidity. Do not place in direct sunlight or in a damp area. Avoid placing in front of or over heating and air conditioning vents.
Do not place plastic, rubber, or hot objects on your wood furniture. Chemicals in these objects may discolor the finish or soften the wood. Do not drag items across the surface when moving them.
Spilled liquids should be wiped from the surface immediately with a soft, damp cloth. Always wipe the furniture in the direction of the wood grain.
While using your wood furniture as a writing surface, use a protective pad to avoid marks and indentations, especially when using a ballpoint pen.
Use a scratch remover or touch-up pens/sticks to repair scratches from wear and tear.
Dust frequently with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth. The furniture may be washed with a mild soap and warm water for a deeper clean. Dry thoroughly using a clean, lint-free cloth and wipe with the grain. For more shine, finish with a furniture polish.
A thorough cleaning is recommended every six months to remove dust and furniture wax buildup.
Do not use harsh cleaning products, lacquer or paint thinner, acetone, alcohol or any alcohol-based cleaning products. Do not soak in or saturate with water.
