I am a very HOT sleeper, I leave my sliding glass doors open all year round. Its so cold in my bedroom the kitty’s won’t even come in. I have a heck of a time trying to stay cool in the summer. Which sheet is cooling? I’m from old school, I remember the ironed crispy sheets that were so nice.

Whenever a person is experiencing heat issues, I usually encourage they look closely at their sleep envelope. If what a person is putting over themselves at night is non-breathable, all of the heat they emit at night will be trapped in the sleep environment. Comforters filled with down or down alternative fibers (polyester) are usually the main culprit. A wool comforter can be an excellent solution to these heat issues.
As far a bed sheets are concerned, bamboo rayon sheets are breathable, moisture wicking and can provide some heat relief. Consider these sheets with the caveat that if the comforter being used is one that traps heat, all bets are off.
