ES500 Adjustable Base – Esquire Series
The ES500 Adjustable Base from the Esquire Series combines premium upholstered style with advanced adjustability and smart features designed to enhance your sleep experience. Plus, its upscale Star Dust Gray fabric upholstery and sturdy steel construction create a polished foundation that works beautifully with a variety of bedroom styles.
To start, adjust the upper body up to 60° and the lower body up to 40° to find a comfortable position for reading, relaxing, sleeping, or watching TV. For added convenience, choose from three preprogrammed positions—Zero Gravity, Anti-Snore, and Flat—or save two of your favorite positions with programmable memory settings.
In addition, integrated massage adds another layer of relaxation, while motion-activated underbed lighting provides convenient illumination without disturbing the room. Meanwhile, the wireless 16-function ergonomic remote keeps your adjustable settings at your fingertips. Built-in USB-A and USB-C ports also keep your devices charged and close by.
Beyond comfort and convenience, the ES500 features a German-engineered motor, a strong angle-iron and tubular-steel frame, an 800-pound total weight capacity, and a folding ventilated steel deck. For added peace of mind, Safety Plus™ emergency power-down provides an additional safety feature. Elevation Kit
The Elevation Kit raises the head of the entire base while keeping the foot section in its normal position. This creates a gentle incline from your feet to your head, allowing you to sleep with your upper body elevated.
Hi-Low Kit
The Hi-Low Kit provides the same patented whole-base elevation, while also adding the ability to raise or lower the entire bed vertically. This makes it easier to get in and out of bed and can provide a more accessible sleep setup.
Both options add a third motor to your adjustable base, giving you the ability to elevate your sleeping position throughout the night.

The Elevation Kit is designed to be used with either the ES500 or ES600 Adjustable Base as an add-on. The kit raises the head of the bed to a 12.5° angle, offering support for acid reflux, digestion, breathing, and snoring relief. Designed with an independent lift motor and quick-connect system, it provides reliable performance and supports up to 600 pounds per side.
The Hi-Low Lift Kit is designed to be used with either the ES500 or ES600 Adjustable Base as an add-on. It allows you to raise or lower the entire bed frame from approximately 10″ to 31½″ and supports both Trendelenburg and reverse-Trendelenburg positions. Trendelenburg lowers the head of the entire bed below the feet, while reverse-Trendelenburg raises the head above the feet. The kit features a wired ergonomic remote, quick-connect design, and supports up to 650 lbs. for Queen size.
No. The ES500 and ES600 adjustable bases are designed to work with either the Elevation Kit or the Hi-Low Lift Kit. They cannot be used with both kits simultaneously.
