Currant Platform Bed
The Greenington Currant Platform Bed is beautifully hand finished to enhance the natural grain of its solid bamboo construction. The Currant’s uniquely shaped headboard showcases a sleek modern style. The side rails and footboard finish the look with handsomely shaped legs which taper towards the floor.
Designed for use with a mattress only, the Currant is supported with a solid bamboo European slat system which eliminates the need for a traditional box spring and provides constant ventilation to your mattress for a healthy sleep environment.

First, do not use wax or polish on your bamboo furniture. To prevent staining or watermarks, make sure to clean spills immediately, using a dabbing motion with a soft cloth. Further, for periodic cleaning use a soft cloth and a gentle cleaner designed for wood furniture. Like any natural hardwood furniture, maintaining the humidity in a controlled environment is also very important for bamboo furniture. Keeping the relative humidity in the range of 40 to 55 percent will greatly reduce the potential for any checking or warping, allowing you to better preserve the natural beauty of the pieces. Here are some general tips that'll go a long way towards maintaining and caring for your new furniture pieces.
