Addison’s Bookcase Storage Bed is the ultimate space-saver. The headboard features three large cubbies, fixed shelves and a dual port USB in the center. The sliding doors are on high quality tracks for easy, quiet operation. The side cubbies have removable bottoms to access additional storage below. Six spacious drawers on full extension metal ball bearing drawer slides boost overall storage capacity.

Addison Bookcase Storage Bed
The Addison Bookcase Storage Bed was inspired by mid-century styling yet has a dramatic flair all its own. The remarkable combination of its American Alder and Black Walnut hardwoods is simply stunning. Its bookcase headboard has both open and enclosed storage space with three fixed shelves so you can keep your bedroom tidy and organized.
The Addison also features a cord access hole and dual USB port wall charger so you can keep your smart devices plugged in for convenience. This model ships partially assembled for easier set up.
The Addison is also offered as a Bookcase Bed without underbed drawer storage, or as a Headboard only. All Addison bed designs pair seamlessly with any Addison casegoods.

Alderwood
Important to realize, Alder is a species native to the Pacific Northwest. Specifically, it grows in an approximate 125 mile-wide strip along the West Coast that stretches from Alaska to Northern California. Furthermore, the largest concentration of Alder stands just north of Portland, Oregon.
Product Care
Simple tips to maintain your new furniture:
Regularly dust your furniture with a soft cloth slightly dampened with water, and wipe in the direction of the wood grain. To remove fingerprints and/or greasy smears: use a solution of one part white vinegar to four parts water or opt for commercial grade product such as; Simple Green®.
To prevent scratches, use felt discs under lamps and any accessories that are placed on top of your furnitures surface. If you choose to use glass on top of wood, use discs between the glass and the wood to allow proper air circulation.
Whittier Wood does not recommended using cleaning products with ammonia or silicone base, or any waxes and/or polishes as these can leave a residue that can dull your furnitures finish over time.

Your Whittier Wood Furniture piece has been crafted to last many years. Here are some simple tips to maintain your new furniture.
