No stains are used, its rich color and texture are achieved through the process of caramelizing the natural sugars in the bamboo using heat and pressure. Fully assembled and beautifully finished on all four sides, the Mercury Nightstand features include a solid bamboo drawer box with English dovetail, a sleek steel drawer pull and soft closing undermount drawer glides.

Variation in grain and color enrich the natural beauty of bamboo furniture and make each piece unique. Slight differences in bamboo shade colors are signs that the furniture’s been crafted from solid bamboo and considered a benchmark of quality.

Bamboo Care

Do not use wax or polish on your bamboo furniture. To prevent staining or water marks, make sure to clean spills immediately, using a dabbing motion with a soft cloth. For periodic cleaning use a soft cloth and a gentle cleaner designed for wood furniture. Avoid cleaners that contain abrasive materials, oil, acidic or caustic ingredients or any other harsh chemicals. Avoid placing furniture directly in front of heat vents, wood burning stoves or other heat sources. Never place bamboo furniture in direct sunlight day after day.
