Choosing Your Perfect Bed

A handy check–when you've take everything else into consideration and you're 90% sure which mattress seems like the best choice, it's time to check the support. If the mattress is too firm, you'll be able to slide your hand easily between the mattress and the hollow of your back. If the mattress is too soft, sliding your hand beneath your back won't be possible. Relax, take your time and let your body decide what's right for you.

Tension Selection

Vispring make mattresses in four different tensions, Soft, Medium, Firm, and Extra Firm. It's best to jettison all preconceived (or outdated) ideas about how a firm mattress is always best–because this is simply not the case. Tension is of course, all down to personal choice, but Vispring always asks you to consider your bodyweight as the main factor first. Spinal alignment needs to be correct to safeguard against aches and pains from sleeping on the incorrect mattress tension.
