The Barberry Firm Innerspring Mattress is a classic, Firm to Extra Firm mattress with lumbar and edge support. Additionally, if you sleep on your back or stomach, this could be the perfect mattress for you! With two-sided upholstery and a reinforced coil system, the Barberry’s designed to last. You’ll enjoy years of consistent comfort thanks to its 364 (full) coil count Bonnell unit. Furthermore, this mattress is a great choice for trundles and bunk beds alike!
What’s Inside the Barberry Firm?
The luxury feel of the Barberry Firm Innerspring Mattress comes from its 1″ of soy-based poly foam on both top & bottom of the Bonnell Coil system. Atop that layer, you will find an additional .75″ of soy-based poly foam inside of the quilting for that additional awww feeling. To cover it all up is a Knit cotton/polyester cover for a smooth finish.
Flame Retardant
The fire barrier in the Barberry is a Rayon/Dacron blend. Specifically, Rayon’s derived from purified cellulose fibers, which are typically created from wood pulp. In most cases, Rayon will come from bamboo and is biodegrade-able. Dacron is a polyester batting that reduces friction that foam has.
Manufacturing
This mattress is constructed by Sound Sleep in their own US factory, eliminating the inconsistencies found in outsourced assembly. Sound Sleep leverages state-of-the-art technology and a highly trained team of craftspeople to ensure consistent, defect-free products.
Traditional mattress manufacturing practices generate tremendous waste. Sound Sleeps manufacturing process is 95% efficient in eliminating waste through smart technology and innovative repurposing of materials.
Warranty
On another note, you can rest at ease having a 10-year manufacturer warranty. This warranty begins the day you purchase your mattress and applies to the original purchaser. It includes defects such as 1 & 1/2″ measurable impressions when measured against surrounding areas. As well as, loose or broken springs, coils that protrude through the fabric. The consumer is responsible for transportation costs for warranty repairs.
Two-Sided
Know the two-sided difference. The longevity of your mattress comes down to a hand full of factors. Such as materials inside, the amount of use, weight, and whether it’s two-sided or not. All of our mattresses here at Bedrooms & More are two-sided. Because of this, the mattress gets even wear and weight distribution. Each time you flip or rotate the mattress it feels next to new, so you definitely want to keep up on it.
