The Currant writing desks’ clean and functional design features splayed legs which elegantly taper towards the floor, and three generous storage drawers which span the entire width of the desk.

Expertly crafted in earth friendly solid bamboo and available in Amber, Black Walnut or Caramelized finish. No stain is used, the color is achieved through the process of caramelizing the natural sugars in the bamboo with heat and pressure. Variation in grain and color enrich the natural beauty of bamboo furniture and make each piece unique. Slight differences in bamboo shade colors are signs that the furniture has been crafted from solid bamboo and is considered a benchmark of quality. Bamboo Care

Firstly, do not use wax or polish on your bamboo furniture. To prevent staining or water marks, make sure to clean spills immediately, using a dabbing motion with a soft cloth. Further, for periodic cleaning use a soft cloth and a gentle cleaner designed for wood furniture. Avoid cleaners that contain abrasive materials, oil, acidic or caustic ingredients or any other harsh chemicals. Avoid placing furniture directly in front of heat vents, wood burning stoves or other heat sources. Never place bamboo furniture in direct sunlight day after day.
