The seat and back follow your movements while offering the support you need to stay comfortable longer. Lean back and the backrest will recline while the seat moves forward in a coordinated movement. A discrete flexibility in the seat offers good support and reduces the pressure on your lower thighs as you lean forward.
The wheels on the office base make it easy to move around and there is also a lever under the seat that allows you to adjust the seat height from 34.3 inches up to 39.37 inches.

10 Year Warranty on Internal Mechanism
Stressless® guarantees the internal mechanism and construction of recliners and sofas for a period of 10 years from the date of initial delivery to the consumer.
• The 10-year guarantee covers the mechanical functions in the recliner/sofa
• The 10-year guarantee covers the internal framework of steel and/or wood, including the metal springs.
The 10-year guarantee does not cover damage to leather, woodwork or any faults or damage caused by the use of the product other than in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Some natural settlement and indention in the padding and foam is considered normal and is part of a break-in process.
5 year Warranty on Base, Foam and Power Motor/Mechanisms
The 5 year warranty covers the base for the chair and ottoman, including the swivel ring, gas lift, extensions as well as all foam and interior padding in the chair and ottoman. Also includes electronic parts and motor for Power mechanism and all accessories. Please note that some deformation and indention in padding is considered normal and is part of a break-in process.
2 Year Warranty on Power Batteries
Stressless® guarantees battery units on furniture for a period of 2 years from the date of initial delivery to the consumer. This guarantee only applies to the battery units offered by Stressless®; use of 3rd party batteries with Stressless® products will void the entire Stressless® warranty.
1 Year Warranty on Leather or Fabric Upholstery
The 1 year warranty covers the leather or fabric upholstery including stitching and zippered assemblies assuming that the product has been cared and maintained using Stressless approved guidelines for maintaining leather furniture.

Small, Medium or Large? How to Choose the Right Size Recliner
Below is offered as a general guideline, however Stressless® highly recommends you test chair models/sizes in person to ensure a proper fit.
Small: Best suited for individuals 5’4” and under. The small size offers a narrower seat and lower backrest, providing ergonomic support for petite frames. It ensures proper posture and comfort without overwhelming smaller body types.
Medium: Ideal for individuals between 5’5” and 6’. This size accommodates a wide range of body types with a balanced seat depth, width, and back height. Models with adjustable headrests can also suit taller people with narrower builds
Large: Recommended for individuals 6’ and taller. The large size provides a taller backrest, deeper seat, and wider armrests, offering ample support for larger frames or those preferring a roomier fit
Important Considerations:
Body Type & Fit: Height isn’t the only factor. Body type, torso length, and personal comfort preferences (e.g., lumbar and neck support placement) are critical. For example, a slim 6’2” person might find a medium Stressless Mayfair more supportive than a large if the seat width feels too roomy.
Model Variations: Different models (e.g., Mayfair, Magic, View) have unique foam molds and cushioning, so a medium in one style might feel different in another.
Adjustable Features: Some models offer height-adjustable headrests, which can make medium or large sizes more suitable for taller individuals (e.g., the View or Reno).
Testing for Comfort: Since lumbar and neck support placement varies with size, sitting in the chair (upright and reclined) is crucial to confirm comfort.

Maintain surface appearance and texture of your Stressless® furniture by gently wiping the leather down once a week with a clean dry cloth or vacuum with a soft brush.
