Monte Carlo Sofa
The Fjords Monte Carlo Sofa is as relaxing as it is beautiful. It features the design, tailoring and commitment to detail that you have come to expect from Fjords furniture. Milan swing relaxer recliner, The sofa is constructed as a modular system. Each seat has the option of power or stationary. The power seats offer two motors, one to operate the conceal footrest and backrest and the other to operate the headrest cushion for additional comfort. Controls for the two operations are located conveniently on the seat for ease of control. For those who do not want power, a stationary module which features a manually adjustable headrest is available
As part of Fjords quick ship program the the motorized Monte Carlo is available in Astro Line Leather colors: Graphite or Cement in the following configurations:

Inspired by Norwegian nature since 1941
Fjords has designed and manufactured furniture for over 70 years. Two brothers Otto and at Mindor Hjellegjerde started it all in the fjord village Sykkylven in Norway. In 1946, the third brother, Ingvar, joined the business. Routine Cleaning
Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down your top grain leather furniture weekly, removing any dust or dirt that has settled.
Deep Cleaning & Conditioning
Every 3-6 months, perform a deep cleaning using a leather-specific cleaner. Apply the cleaner to a soft cloth and gently rub it into the leather in a circular motion. Avoid using regular household cleaners, which can be too harsh and damage the leather.
To keep the leather supple and prevent cracking, apply a quality leather conditioner every 6-12 months.
Avoiding Sunlight & Direct Heat
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the leather to fade. Position your furniture away from the windows or areas where the sunlight hits directly.
Also, avoid placing it near heat sources like fireplaces or radiators, as the heat can cause the leather to crack or warp.
Cleaning Spills - Avoid Mishaps
If a spill occurs, blot it immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Never rub the spill as it can cause the liquid to spread and sink deeper into the leather.
Be careful when wearing new clothes, as darker-colored dyes can transfer onto lighter-colored leathers.
Fabric Care
Regular Vacuuming
Use the upholstery attachment on your vacuum cleaner to remove dust and prevent it from settling into the fibers. This should be done weekly.
Quickly Cleaning Spills
If a spill occurs, quickly blot it with a clean, dry cloth to prevent it from soaking in. Do not rub as it may cause the stain to spread or deepen.
Avoid Clothing Dye Mishaps
Be careful when wearing new clothes, as darker-colored dyes can transfer onto lighter-colored fabrics.
Professional Cleaning
Fjords recommends professional cleaning for a deep clean every 12-18 months or immediately if a stubborn stain occurs.
