ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled by the customer up until the point at which the order ships from our Distribution Center or from our vendor. To cancel your unshipped order, email us at email@example.com and write Cancel Order in the subject line, along with your Order Number. We’ll reply to confirm we have cancelled your order or that we are checking on the shipment status with our vendor. Payments for cancelled orders will be refunded to the card used for purchase.
After an order has shipped, it’s too late to cancel. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy below.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR MATTRESSES PURCHASED ONLINE
We recommend you try out your mattress for a full month before initiating a Comfort Exchange. It typically takes about 28 sleeps for the body to adjust to a new surface feel.
If after a month, you would still like to try a different model or firmness, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 60 days of delivery date to initiate a Comfort Exchange. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, as well as shipping costs on the replacement mattress.
Full credit of the customer’s payment on the original mattress will be applied toward the replacement mattress.
Note: shipping costs will not be credited.
If the second mattress is less expensive and a balance remains, a gift card for that amount will be issued for future Bedrooms & More purchases.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES (EXCLUDING MATTRESSES)
After an order has shipped, it may still be eligible for a Return or Exchange, based on item type.
NOTE: We accept returns and exchanges of the Mattresses specifically returned back at our location within 90 days. The following other types items must be received back at our location within 30 days from the delivery date: 1) Unopened bedding, 2) Bed Frames, 3) Furniture, 4) Lamps, 5) Mirrors, 6) Sofas, & 7) Chairs. For safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns and exchanges of any bedding or apparel merchandise that has been opened.
We stand behind our products and believe you will be pleased with your purchase. In the rare event you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us at email@example.com. You can expect an email response from us within 2 business days.
Items returned or exchanged must be in unused/pristine condition. If there is any balance owed to you in an exchange, we’ll return funds to the original credit card used as payment through our encrypted system. If there is a balance due to Bedrooms & More in an exchange, we will email you to approve payment. There is not a refund available for used product, including mattresses. For mattress exchange options please refer to the mattress exchange policy above.
NOTE: Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of an exchange, customer pays for new shipping costs.
HOW TO SHIP AN ITEM BACK TO US FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE
- Make a copy of your invoice. You’ll return the original to us in your package.
- Select a shipping method (i.e. UPS, USPS, FedEx, Freight)
- For local (Western WA) service, email us to arrange your exchange.
- Wrap items well and seal boxes securely, according to your shipper’s instructions. Write your Return/Exchange Authorization Number clearly on the outside of your package.
- Consider purchasing shipping insurance through your carrier, as we are not liable for packages damaged, lost, or stolen in transit.
- Ship your items back to us at the address below.
- Wait for our email confirmation that we’ve received your items in good shape and are processing your return/exchange.

HOW TO RETURN LARGE ITEMS, SUCH AS MATTRESSES & FURNITURE
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you’d like to make a return. We’ll be in touch to confirm whether or not the item qualifies for a return.
- We will arrange return shipping with one of our freight carrier partners. Since you are responsible for return shipping costs, we contact you in advance with the associated freight costs.
- Following your payment of the return shipping charges, the freight carrier will be in touch with you to arrange the pick-up date.

We offer a 90-day Comfort Exchange program on mattress purchases starting the day you receive your mattress.
All sales are final on bedding and apparel that have been opened. Unopened bedding and unworn apparel can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after purchase.
