Shipping & Delivery For Orders Placed Through Our Online Cart

When you place an order online through our shopping cart, we will look at your zip code to determine the best way to get your products to you. Most items ship via UPS Ground. Many large items, including mattresses and furniture, ship by freight carrier. If your zip code falls within our local delivery area, your shipping may be assigned to our local delivery team. In that case, a Bedrooms & More team member will contact you to arrange date and time for delivery.
We ship to all 50 states, as well as U.S. Territories. Alaska & Hawaii residents, please call us before placing your order so we can calculate the best shipping quote for you on an individual basis.
Most items ship via UPS Ground. Large items, including mattresses and furniture, ship by freight carrier. If your zip code is in our local delivery area, shipping with our local delivery team may be available. In that case, a team member will contact you to arrange date and time for delivery if selected at checkout.
Shipping times vary based on whether we have the item(s) in stock in our Seattle warehouse or whether the item(s) will ship to you directly from our vendor, and whether it’s a custom order (built and finished to your specifications). Please refer to the chart for typical shipping times.
*Please Note: The chart refers to the elapsed time between when you place the order, and when the order leaves our warehouse or our vendor’s warehouse. In the event of a delay, we’ll contact you via email and/or phone to let you know.

After the time frames in the table above (order day to ship day), please allow up to an additional 3-5 business days for UPS Ground to the contiguous 48 states, and up to an additional 7 business days for USPS Retail Ground to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories.

How To Prepare For Your Delivery by Freight Carrier
A freight carrier is a delivery partner we use for transporting some large purchases to our customers, such as furniture and special orders. A freight carrier typically has a lift gate on the back of the truck to allow heavy items to unload at ground level. If your order requires a freight carrier, you will be contacted directly by the freight carrier to arrange time and date. Please be sure to ask the carrier any questions or communicate special instructions at the time you speak to them. Freight carrier delivery is typically curbside, which means the driver will unload the item(s), but the customer is responsible for carrying item(s) into the house, unpacking them, and disposing of packing materials. It’s possible you may be able to arrange additional delivery services with your carrier, for an additional charge, at the time they contact you to set the date and time.

Local Delivery & Service Area
Our Bedrooms & More team offers delivery and service within a large area for a reasonable cost. Our delivery and service area includes the entire Seattle/Puget Sound region, including most of Washington State.
Our delivery team is professional and courteous. When we deliver your new mattress, we’d be happy to take away your old one at no charge. Mattresses are recycled or given away when possible. We make every effort to salvage mattresses so they don’t end up in landfills.
How To Prepare For Your Delivery from the Bedrooms & More Team
To ensure your delivery goes smoothly, please be attentive to your phone on the day delivery is scheduled and be available for calls from your delivery personnel.
Please be sure driveways, parking areas, walkways, and staircases are clear and unobstructed. Remove art and decor from walls on the route the delivery team will pass through. If you have pets, please secure them when we arrive.
For white glove, feel free to request the delivery team to remove their shoes and/or put on booties prior to entering your home.
The space for your new item (mattress, furniture) should be ready for us to carry the item in. We will remove all packing materials from your new item(s) and take them with us.
If a credit card imprint is required at the time of delivery, please have your card and your ID ready to present to our delivery team.
