ORDERS & LEAD TIMES
Lead times are based on a product by product basis. Please refer to details on the specific product page of the item you are interested in. You can find a products general lead time listed below the green add to cart button on each product page.
A note about lead times:
While we do our best to update shipping lead times regularly, there can be unforeseen circumstances that arise from time to time. Lead times are not guaranteed. Product lead times may vary based on the following variables:
- If your product/s are in-stock at our Seattle Distribution Center
- Whether or not your item is made to order or built to your specifications
- Whether or not all items in your cart are currently in-stock. If one item in your order is backordered, we will hold your other items until all items in your order are received and ready to ship out together.
- Distance your product/s will travel if shipping directly to you from one of our brand partners, ie.) is your product stocked in the US. or internationally.

Bedrooms & More ships most products to all 50 states, including U.S. Territories. Alaska and Hawaii. When you place an order online, our Distribution Center team looks at your zip code to determine the most cost effective way to ship your merchandise.
Many larger items, including mattresses and furniture are delivered by truck or freight carrier. If your zip code falls within our Washington service area, your shipment will be assigned to our in house delivery team. In this case, our Distribution Center will contact you directly to arrange a preferred date and approximate time frame for your delivery.
All deliveries beyond Washington state are handled by freight carriers.

WASHINGTON STATE DELIVERIES
Bedrooms & More offers white-glove delivery and assembly (for most products) throughout the Seattle–Puget Sound region and across most of Washington state, all at a reasonable cost. Our professional, courteous delivery team takes care of your home every step of the way.
When delivering a new mattress, we’re happy to remove your old one and make every effort to recycle or donate it whenever possible—helping keep it out of the landfill.
To ensure your delivery goes smoothly, please be attentive to your phone on your scheduled delivery day in case our delivery team needs to contact you for updates.
Plan ahead checklist:
- Clear a path before our delivery team arrives: make sure your driveway, parking area, walkways and/or staircases are clear of any obstructions before our delivery team arrives.
- Remove any art, decorative items, or plants from walls and/or walkways where our delivery team will be passing through.
- If you have pets, please secure them before our delivery team enters your home.
Feel free to request that our delivery team wear a mask or remove their shoes and/or puts on shoe covers prior to entering your home.
Once your delivered item(s) are carried into your home and unpacked in your space, our delivery team will remove any packing materials upon their departure for disposal at no additional charge.
If a credit card imprint is required at the time of delivery, please have your card and a photo ID ready to present to our delivery team.
OUT OF STATE DELIVERIES
For some larger items, including furniture and special orders, Bedrooms & More ships using a freight carrier. These carriers typically use trucks equipped with lift gates, allowing heavy items to be unloaded safely at ground level. If your order requires freight delivery, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date and time window.
Freight deliveries are generally curbside, meaning the driver will unload your item(s), but the customer is responsible for moving them inside, unpacking, assembly, and disposal of packing materials. We recommend sharing any questions or special instructions with the carrier when they call to schedule delivery.
If you need assistance beyond curbside delivery, additional services may be available for an added cost. Please be sure to clearly communicate any special requests with the freight carrier at the time of scheduling.
OUT OF STATE – MATTRESS / PLATFORM BOX STEWARDSHIP FEE
Pursuant to Section 42989 of the California Public Resources Code, it will increase the recycling charge to $18 per unit effective January 1, 2026.
Fee applies to: mattresses, futons and foundations sold to California residents. Flat fee is per unit sold (does not apply to futon frames).
Who pays the fee: The fee is paid by the consumer when purchasing a mattress or foundation.
Who collects the fee: Retailers, including online retailers, are responsible for collecting the fee.
Pursuant to state law Public Act 13-42, the Connecticut mattress recycling fee that retailers must collect on all mattresses and foundations sold to Connecticut residents will increase to $16.00 per unit effective Jan. 1, 2025.
This is a flat per unit rate that applies to all sizes of mattresses and foundations.
Who pays the fee: The fee is paid by the consumer when purchasing a mattress or foundation.
Who collects the fee: Retailers, including online retailers, are responsible for collecting the fee.
As of January 1, 2025, Oregon will implement a $22.50 stewardship fee on each mattress and foundation sold in the state.
The fee is a flat per unit rate that applies to all sizes of mattresses and foundations.
Who pays the fee: The fee is paid by the consumer when purchasing a mattress or foundation.
Who collects the fee: Retailers, including online retailers, are responsible for collecting the fee.
Pursuant to state law (Rhode Island General Law 23-90), the Rhode Island mattress recycling fee that retailers must collect on all mattresses and foundations sold to Rhode Island residents is $22.50 per unit effective Jan. 1, 2026.
The fee is a flat per unit rate that applies to all sizes of mattresses and foundations.
Who pays the fee: The fee is paid by the consumer when purchasing a mattress or foundation.
Who collects the fee: Retailers, including online retailers, are responsible for collecting the fee.
ORDER PICK UP
You may choose to pick up your merchandise from our warehouse, located at:

Please note that some items may need to be transferred from one of our retail locations to the warehouse prior to pickup. We recommend calling our Flagship Showroom at 206-633-4494 1–2 days before your preferred pickup date to confirm availability and ensure your order is ready when you arrive.
Important Pickup Information:
For security purposes, a valid photo ID is required for all warehouse pickups, and a photocopy will be recorded at the time of pickup. Please arrive prepared with appropriate rope and/or tie-downs to safely secure your items for transport. Our warehouse team is happy to assist with bringing items to your vehicle; however, they are unable to secure or tie down merchandise.
