Bedrooms & More offers delivery and service within a large area for a reasonable cost. Our delivery and service area includes the entire Seattle/Puget Sound region, including most of Washington State.
Our delivery team is professional and courteous. When we deliver your new mattress, we’d be happy to take away your old one for no additional charge. Mattresses our team removes are recycled or given away when possible. Bedrooms & More makes every effort to salvage mattresses so they don’t end up in landfills.
Shipping Times:
Due to COVID-19 fulfillment & shipping delays can be expected. Bedrooms & More aims to communicate shipping delays to our customers as information presents itself.
Lead times are based on a product by product basis. Please refer to the lead times specified on the product page that you are interested in – lead times are updated regularly and can be found below product prices.
General: Shipping lead times vary based on whether Bedrooms & More has your item(s) in stock at our Distribution Center in Seattle or whether your item(s) will ship to you directly from our vendors. And/or whether your purchased item is a custom order (built and finished to your specifications).

When you place an order online, we will look at your zip code to determine the best way to get your merchandise to you. Most items ship via UPS Ground. Many large items, including mattresses and furniture, ship via freight carrier. If your zip code falls within our local delivery area, your shipping may be assigned to our local delivery team. In that case, a Bedrooms & More team member will contact you directly to arrange date and time for delivery. Bedrooms & More ships to all 50 states, as well as U.S. Territories. Alaska & Hawaii. Please call us before placing your order so we can calculate the best shipping quote for you on an individual basis.
We’re happy to take your order over the phone, just give us a call (206) 795-6820. Shipping options will be arranged at the time of purchase and your salesperson will provide you with a quote on shipping cost and a delivery timeframe when possible.
To ensure your delivery goes smoothly, please be attentive to your phone on your scheduled delivery day to be available for calls from your delivery personnel. Please be sure any driveway, parking area, walkways, and staircases are clear and unobstructed. Remove any art or decorative items from walls and walkways where the delivery team will be passing through. If you have pets, please secure them when our delivery personnel arrives.
For white glove service, feel free to request the delivery team remove their shoes and/or put on booties prior to entering your home.
Once delivery items are carried in and placed in your space, We will remove all packing materials from your new item(s) and take them with us for disposal.
If a credit card imprint is required at the time of delivery, please have your card and your ID ready to present to our delivery team.
Bedrooms & More uses a freight carrier for transporting some of our larger items to our customers, such as furniture and special orders. A freight carrier typically has a lift gate on the back of the truck to allow heavy items to unload at ground level. If your order requires a freight carrier, you will be contacted directly by the freight carrier company to arrange a delivery time and date. Please be sure to ask the carrier directly questions you may have or communicate any special instructions when you speak to them on the phone to arrange your delivery.
Freight carrier deliveries are typically curbside, which means the driver will unload the item(s), but the customer is responsible for carrying item(s) into the house, unpacking them, and disposing of packing materials. If you require more than curbside delivery, it’s possible you may be able to arrange additional services with the carrier for an additional charge. Please make sure to communicate any special requests with them when they contact you to set your delivery date.
Assembly, installation, and set-up services may be available with some of our products for an additional fee.
