Our Delivery Drivers / Warehouse Associates cover the last step in the customer experience – delivering the product and installing it in the customer’s home.

Ideal candidates for our Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate positions have…

• 1+ years driving experience, familiarity with box trucks preferred, good driving history
• A passion for customer service, listening to customer needs and ability to communicate effectively and authentically
• The ability to handle physical work – furniture can be heavy!
• A team mindset with the ability to collaborate and support their peers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays

SCHEDULE: Full-time or Part-time positions available. 

Full-Time = Four 10-hour days with 3 days off. 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.

Part-Time = 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.

COMPENSATION: $21 – $22 per hour

Supplemental Pay:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
• Ability to maintain focus on personal goals and work toward achievements, and always striving for improvement

• Hourly wage provided for the duration of training – transitioning to full commission when ready. Training wage is $25/hour.

JOB TYPE: Full-time with an expected average between 35-40 hours per week. Operational hours are 9am – 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm Saturday, 10am – 6pm Sunday, so schedule would be within that time frame. 

COMPENSATION: Training wage of $25/hr. Position shifts to full commission when training complete. Estimate of $60,000 – $90,000+ per year with unlimited potential on full commission.
