Magnolia Bookshelf – a Contemporary Statement in Sustainable Design

The Magnolia bookshelf adds a refined, contemporary touch to any space with its sleek, minimalist design. Finished on all sides, it functions beautifully as both a stylish room divider and a striking focal point, seamlessly blending form and function. Featuring five spacious solid bamboo shelves, each accented with eye-catching Tiger bamboo inlays, Magnolia offers ample space for both storage and display.

Timeless Craftsmanship, Naturally Unique

Perfect for home or office, Magnolia is more than just a shelving unit—it’s a celebration of sustainable craftsmanship. Shown in a rich Black Walnut finish, its transparent hand-applied stain enhances the natural beauty of the bamboo grain. The Tiger bamboo center accent is created through an eco-friendly process of heat, steam, and pressure—without stains—resulting in a striking striped grain pattern that makes each piece truly one of a kind. Subtle variations in grain and shading further highlight the authenticity and superior quality of solid bamboo furniture.

Sustainability Meets Modern Elegance

Beyond its sophisticated aesthetic, the Magnolia shelf is an environmentally responsible choice. Crafted from solid bamboo—a rapidly renewable resource—it is produced in an ISO 14001-certified facility, ensuring sustainable and responsible manufacturing. Choosing Greenington furniture means investing in timeless design while supporting global conservation efforts.

Experience the expert craftsmanship of Greenington bamboo furniture—designed with both beauty and the planet in mind.

Care and Maintenance for your Greenington Furniture

All Greenington furniture is made of 100% natural bamboo. It is very hard, dense and extremely durable. Like any natural hardwood furniture, maintaining the humidity in a controlled environment is also very important for bamboo furniture. Keeping the relative humidity in the range of 40 to 55 percent will greatly reduce the potential for any checking or warping, allowing you to better preserve the natural beauty of the pieces. Here are some general tips that'll go a long way towards maintaining and caring for your new furniture pieces.

Damage Prevention

Use coasters and pads to prevent damage from heat, moisture or heavy objects.

Do not use wax or polish on your bamboo furniture.

To prevent staining or water marks, make sure to clean spills immediately, using a dabbing motion with a soft cloth.

Cleaning Tips

For periodic cleaning use a soft cloth and a gentle cleaner designed for wood furniture.

Avoid cleaners that contain abrasive materials, oil, acidic or caustic ingredients or any other harsh chemicals.

Things to Avoid

Scratches: To avoid scratches, take care to lift objects and never drag or slide them across surfaces.

Heat: Avoid placing furniture directly in front of heat vents, wood burning stoves or other heat sources.

Sun: Never place bamboo furniture in direct sunlight day after day.
